Adéla is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at Palacký University in Olomouc, where she successfully completed her studies in law and legal science in 2016.

 

Adéla’s subsequent career path led her to the Prague legal scene, where she first worked as a legal clerk and, since 2019, as an attorney. There, she gained broad experience in general legal practice, including representing and defending clients in court. Her primary area of specialization is contract law, particularly comprehensive contract matters, handling complaints, and issues related to damages.

 

After years in private practice, Adéla moved into the corporate sector as an in-house counsel for a major aviation infrastructure company. Thanks to this experience, she gained not only expertise in drafting and strategically negotiating B2B contracts with an international scope but also a business perspective. This enables her to design legal solutions that are always aligned with the client’s business interests and objectives.

 

At our firm, Adéla focuses primarily on contract law and B2B contracts with an international dimension, which she drafts and negotiates for clients in both Czech and English.
